Yes. BenchPrep supports SSO for learner access via SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect, and content lives within the same tenant. So CE content could sit on the same platform and login as your existing product, assuming it's configured within your existing tenant rather than a separate one.
This depends on the scope of your CE program — your CSM will walk you through the right setup.
CE is priced per active learner, which may differ from your current pricing structure. Your CSM will work with you to determine the optimal pricing for you.
Credits can be set up natively in BenchPrep using our Recognitions feature. For certificates and badges, we currently support badges from Credly and Accredible, which are both digital credential platforms you’ll be able to integrate our platform with. Reporting is available through our Custom Reports. Learners can also view and export their credits via our Transcript feature.
